PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION WILL COVER:

- Shipping Mark in place & information will confirm with customer’s Protocol.
- Carton box quality will confirm by drop test
- Traceability of Product, Hang-Tag, Price-Sticker, Show-Sticker and relevant tag will confirm.
- To confirm the improvement about Customer Comments very respectfully.
- GSM and Button Pull test will perform during inspection.
- Compare and contrast the workmanship with Sample, Technical file and Client’s Comments.
- Confirm the Aesthetic Appearance, Seam Allowance, Seam-Joint Area, Zipper Wavy & Revised the process to avoid & reduce the defects.
- Re-Start Stitch Process, Bar Tack Dimension and Placement, Stitch Start & End Locking Backstitch, Overlap & Over-Stitch Process and Stress Points Secured should be confirm.
- All label, Logo and Sticker should confirm by customer protocol.
- Product Dimension should confirm by Approved Sample or technical file.
- Perform the On-Side Physical test e.g. color bleeding, load test, nickel test etc.
- Functionally ensure that the product should fit for users.
- Product weight should confirm during inspection to avoid excess weight.
- The metal detection test will perform in inspection.
- Ensure 100% goods manufactured and minimum 80% goods completed packaging job.
- Inspector will give the observation to continual improvement and avoid Poor-Quality.
